A member of the Italian National Bar Association, he advises clients, both in Italy and abroad, on matters relating to international law, European Union law, and foreign legal systems. He is qualified to practice before the highest courts (Council of State and Supreme Court of Cassation) after passing the examination for registration in the Special Register of Supreme Court Lawyers, organized by the Scuola Superiore dell'Avvocatura

. He is also authorized to practice before the Court of Justice of the European Union (Luxembourg) and the European Court of Human Rights (Strasbourg) (Norway).

Stefano is listed on the lists of Italian lawyers provided to their citizens by the British Embassy in Italy, the Canadian Embassy in Italy, and the Consulate General of Spain in Rome and consulate in Norway .

Evgenyia is a Russian lawyer based in Italy where she assists foreign clients especially those who are Russian speakers.

After a long experience as lawyer in Russia, she moved to our sunny Country where she started to work in the real estate and maritime field by assisting charter companies.

She assists Russian and international clients connected with both Italian and Russian markets.

Jeffery  graduated in law, cum laude, at the University of Palermo, on July 9th 1998. He was admitted at the bar on July 9th, 2002.

He attended a two years post degree specialization course in “Transport Law and Economics” at University of Palermo, Faculty of Economics, at the end of which, on 23/11/2001, he got his diploma, cum laude.

Jeffery carried out and intense academic activity, as, after three years doctoral programme, on 23/04/2007, he got his Ph.D. at the Department of “Economics, Transports and Environment Law”, of the University of Palermo, Faculty of Economics.

Since 10/07/2007 to 30/08/2011, he was assistant professor at Department of “Economics, Transports and Environment Law”, University of Palermo and, during this period, he was awarded two prestigious grants by the Canadian and India  Department of Foreign Affairs, through the International Counsel for Canadian Studies, and by the Research Council of Norway through the “Yggdrasil Mobility Programme”.
